Refund and Returns Policy

HybPod, strive to provide high-quality EV chargers and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✅ The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✅ The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

❌ Items that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer.
❌ Custom or special-order products.
❌ Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

2. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

💡 Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it free of charge. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or refund, follow these steps:

🚚 Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the refund or exchange status.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.

  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@hybpod.com.
